  Yes - high time someone came up with a device like that - With hardware becoming almost a commodity, it would be so convenient to just add this dongle in this your pocket and yet access all your stuff from your friend's PC/iPad ? I just hope they have a way to make this work offline too by downloading frequently accessed files and there are no significant lag issues while using.

  I think there are companies like citrix, vmware that are working on it but I am not sure if anything has been done on the User Interface part of it.
