I've already joined both EdX and Coursera for 2013 spring courses to see the implementation process and how the changes will take place in time. Hoping to use my findings in the future.

Now, I decided it may be very nice material for teaching geometric shapes.

This is not directly related with education, but I find it helpful for internet searches. Imagine that you find an article link, that is very precious for you but when you click it, it says "this page does not exist anymore" or something else that tell you there is no access. Then, you copy paste the link to this web site and if you are lucky you see the old page, full functional. This is useful especially when you look for old web resources. Good luck :)

Sharing this because we talked about the impact of Sputnik in the history of education research.

It is one to one lesson and there is an activity to divide 4,5 into 3/4. The teacher gives the control of learner's understanding to learners and only guides the student according to gain the objective by asking effective questions, following step by step. However, there should be more than one learner, at least two, because the learner looks like a little bit not into the situation. Maybe with a friend they could better understand.

This a new course that will be offered freely by UK's Open University. 

Why I put this video is because the environment looks like we had in the kindergartens, even maybe we may not have been given that freedom. They are 4th grades and the study environment is so learner friendly, which I adore.
