I was surprised to read that you might except to live to at least 150. Also, I became to be proud of Japanese traditinal diets like natto, green tea, miso, have effects on various illness. Fortunately, because I love Japanese traditional diets, I want to continue to eat them from now. Though they have faults, too, I think eating them is more better than not eating them.

Recently, I can see illumination anywhere. In my case, I want to go Yokohama. If I go there, we can see two big christmas trees.

I don't eat meat, especially at fast food shops.... If you know how the cows are raised, killed, and cut up, no one would eat the hamburgers! But if I had to eat meat at one of these shops I would eat at Freshness Burger and then Mos Burger (definitely not McDonald's).

I like Freshnesss Burger. BUT I think KUA AINA is the best buger shop in this world!! I luv this shop. You can eat it 赤レンガ倉庫.

Yes, I commute by bicycle from Totsuka to Ferris University and Meigaku. My family has no car, and we ride bikes or the train everywhere we go.
