The trial findings also brought to light the potential issues associated with their use, identifying factors that need to be addressed in the classroom, at a school management level and at a broader policy level. The KB:NG literature review stresses the importance of selecting, designing, structuring, implementing and supporting Web 2.0 technologies in ways that will better contribute to achieving the intended learning outcomes.
