vftnetworks.com, formerly TrainingPayback.com, started as a quest to help organizations use a Web 2.0 application to help learners and trainers track learning impacts. The idea was to use social learning, collaboration and widgets and tools to facilitate learning applications.
Today, vftnetworks provides organizations and businesses two distinct solutions: (a) vftnetworks for social and collaborative learning and (b) social learning for generating profit and revenues.
