    It is tricky determining how to support Veteran teachers, given their years of experience. I like how the article reminds me that in coaching teachers with years of experience, I should ensure my strategies do not suggest uprooting years of work for that approach will be met with resistance.

    This resource is already in the module, but I find the language easy to understand and the matrices describing a teacher-centered approach vs student-centered helpful.
