Maintaining discipline and winning students' cooperation requires tremendous skill. Our book, "Classrooms That Work: A Teacher's Guide to Discipline Without Stress" and the resulting companion workshops for educators have been developed to provide teachers with the proven techniques and strategies they need to meet the challenges of today's teaching environment. These are based on theoretical and practical guidelines towards creating a democratic classroom based on mutual respect between teachers and students, as well as group problem solving.
