What should our bill say? - 137 views

We need to figure out if a juvenile is found guilty of murder or other serious crimes, if they will be killed, or go to jail.

I think that the age of a juvenile should be around 16-17, an age that kids really understand why they will be tried in adult court. There should be some program for juvenile kids that committed less serious crimes to get better and change.
