The driver feels trusted and valued as an employee because the current system gives him a major role. If were being optimistic we can hope that the driver realizes his role and respects the trust he is given so preforms his job efficiently but of course there is always the possibility that he exploits the system to make money since he is not monitored (will be discussed later on).
