    The oil policy defined in the annual budget is the main conflict between Baghdad and Kurdistan. According to this new policy, Kurdistan will have to export 400,000 barrels oil per day through Baghdad pipelines and in the failure, the 17% deduction will be made in the final budget of Kurdistan. Kurdistan is not ready to accept this term and consider as against the interest of Kurdistan.

    The new parliament of Iraq is seating at 15th of June 2014 in the parliament house to decide the prime minister of Iraq. Hopefully Noor Al Maliki is the new prime minister of Iraq again. Unfortunately, parliament of Iraq will not be able to approve budget of Iraq for 2104 because Kurdistan regional government is not participating in the budget meeting.
