It is hard to say yes or no but we will have to proof it, if we consider it as scam. We have no any official document that could describe whether it is scam or not. None of the bank or any reputed financial institution declared it as scam.

The central bank of Iraq warned commercial banks of Iraq to avoid dealing with the currencies not directly coming from central bank of Iraq. Central bank of Iraq especially warned commercial banks against use of Bitcoin in their dealing to avoid any currency scam. Bitcoin is the digital currency used for internet sales and purchase.

When Iraqi dinar will be revalued and when the investors will become millionaire or billionaire within few years. You can consider it as frustrated questions often asked by dinar investors to their self. The ever changing dates of revaluation made the dinar investors a so frustrated and therefore they are now not sure about Revaluation of Iraqi Dinar in the new future.

These investors are mostly reputed international banks, financial institutions and x-army officers from US Army. If revaluation is scam and if investing in dinar is the wastage of time and money, so why these reputed banks and financial institutions are giant investors in dinar.
