With the explosion of digital technologies, companies are sweeping up vast quantities of data about consumers' activities, both online and off. Feeding this trend are new smart, connected products-from fitness trackers to home systems-that gather and transmit detailed information.
SCION (Scalability, Control and Isolation On next-generation Networks), a future Internet architecture. SCION is the first clean-slate Internet architecture designed to provide route control, failure isolation, and explicit trust information for end-to-end communication.

PubHubs aims to connect people, in different hubs, such as your family, sports club, school class, museum, local library, neighborhood, or municipality. In each such hub, a relevant part of one's own identity plays a role. PubHubs focuses on reliable information, if necessary with digital signatures, and on trusted communication, if necessary with guarantees of the identity of participants."
The Well Said project is a five-year initiative led by Yle and the Timeout Foundation. The purpose of the project is to strengthen the best aspects of Finnish conversational culture and create safe environments that foster discussion and conversations. At the same time, the project aims to increase mutual trust and understanding among Finns.
The goal of the project is to raise the level of Finnish conversational culture and inspire people to participate in respectful discussions and conversations that take multiple perspectives into account.
The Well Said project will run from 2021 to 2026 and include a wide range of partners. The project will be highlighted prominently in Yle's contents and on its partners' numerous platforms.
We've all seen them - windows that pop up before you install a new piece of software, full of legalese.
