aric folden on 13 Nov 11This is a graphic organizer similar to inspiration. It allows to outline content showing relationships between topics. Easy way to go over the main ideas and expand on them while not just presenting a lot of text.

Alison Leytem on 14 Nov 11I really like that you posted this, because I have been looking for an alternative to Inspiration for a long time! It is even better that it is online and can be used from anywhere. I think that both teachers and students could use this resource: teachers for outlining concepts when delivering lessons to students, and students when studying or creating presentations to use with the class. It would be extremely useful in an English classroom, so you could outline the themes of a piece of literature, without getting too "wordy." I haven't found anything else like this online, so I will have to keep looking. Great post!

Mikael Rein on 14 Nov 11I really like this post. I was actually was just looking at this before I saw this post. I think that this site would be able to be used very effectively in the classroom. Students could start their mind map at school and also be able to access it from home on the internet. I believe that this resource can be used by both students and teachers. Everyone brainstorms and this site allows for you to save what you have been working on in your profile. Another mind mapping resource that I have found is called spicynodes. It is the same concept with a different interface.
