To turn fat into muscle in our body, we need to burn fat and build muscle. I researched the best ways to do this and began to make some changes in my life. First I needed to have a healthy diet. I knew that by eating fewer calories per day than I burned, I would begin to lose the fat without losing the muscle.
Every person has a vision of their ideal self. Some will look at a billboard or a page in a magazine and see a slim, nicely toned, good-looking man or woman and visualize that it's roughly how they themselves look. The reality hits hard when they stand on the weighing scales or get a glimpse of their width in the mirror. The difference between these two images makes them think, "how can I get from here to there? What is the best way to lose weight?"
