On June 11, 2009, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced that it had declared "Level 6" pandemic emergency with regard to the "swine flu." Shortly thereafter, on cue, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced that we should expect mass vaccination in this country to begin as early as September, 2009. We have been covering the development of the global pandemic preparedness machinery in The IO since June, 1998. It is our belief that this machine has been in motion since March 28, 2009 and will not be stopped; that the global influenza pandemic the CDC and WHO have been predicting (planning) for at least a decade will be declared-whether people are pandemically sick and dying or not-and the global mass vaccination campaign for which they have been preparing since the 1970s swine flu fiasco will commence-soon. It is absolutely crucial that you share the following information with your friends, family and both elected and appointed bureaucrats within your community.

While the Patriot (Sovereign-Citizen) and Militia communities has been focused on National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09), the far more upsetting "Vibrant Response 2009" exercise is being held right now at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The exercise is being held by the chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosive (CBRNE) Consequence Management Response Force, or CCMRF (pronounced "Sea-Smurf").

OKLAHOMA CITY - National Level Exercise 2009, known as NLE 09, has come and gone and Oklahoma Office of Homeland Security Fusion Center Coordinator Kim Carter said he was pleased with the results of the exercise, which was held July 24-31. Red Dirt Report was very interested in NLE 09, since Oklahoma was directly involved in the exercise, which is part of the annual TOPOFF exercise involving FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security as well as foreign troops from Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and Mexico.

# Most mercury exposure in humans is either from dental amalgams or fish consumption. Each contains distinct types of mercury. Elemental mercury that happens to be swallowed quickly passes through the body, as "negligible" amounts are absorbed through the digestive system. # METHYLMERCURY: This is a type of "organic" mercury that's combined with other molecules, usually through bacterial action, to form a compound called methylmercury. In this form, mercury is easily absorbed in the digestive system. Methylmercury is found in most fish at varying levels, depending upon the type of fish and its age. Most methylmercury exposure is through fish consumption, and it's considered more toxic than mercury vapor.
