Indian stock exchanges have declared the list of holidays for 2022 and this year there are 13 exchange holidays in total, the rest 8 falling on a Saturday or a Sunday. Here's the list of trading holidays for the calendar year 2022 for equity and F&O segments:

What a week! When we started this week, the Russian bear was all set to attack Ukraine, while experts all over the world were speculating what it will do next. Bank Nifty ended the week at 36,430 down 1,168 points from last week's closing a net fall of 3.11% after recovering from a dip below 35,000 points.

RBI has fixed the issue price for the fourth tranche of sovereign Gold bond at Rs 3,119 per gram of Gold. The rate was fixed based on the average of closing price of Gold of 999 purity for the week July 11 to 15, as published by the India Bullion and Jewellers Association Ltd, according to Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
