Frances has taken one of the activities from the learning path (Postmans 5 things), connected it with another event in her life and made connections. She's also link to a couple of online resources within her post. You perhaps don't need to go quite as far as Frances. e.g. just using it as an example of one of Postman's 5 things would have been sufficient.
