  Summary:The Congress has been more worried about upcoming elections than actually dealing with the laws and regulations and funding of vital programs for the country. The closer elections get, the more unfavorable the Congress becomes due to their lack of effort and positive legal breakthroughs. The public is growing tired of it. The fiscal year ends Sept. 30, and we all know they won't be prepared, because there are people over the country that need help.
