2. Summary of what can be found on this website, app or resource. I search "classroom management" apps on iPad, and classdojo, the free apps, came up with the highest rating. This apps allows teachers to monitor students' behavior and give real time feedback and awards as dojo points. It also gives the printout report to be sent directly to parents. I actually used "edmodo" in my classroom, and I love it. It allows me to set calendar for different classes, and students submit their work online. It also provides online quiz tools which students can get the feedback immediately. Students can also collaborate with one another. Teachers can assign group. My students are very conscious of getting their assignments in on time which is much better that paper based submission. It helps both students and teachers to get organized. We cannot say that we lose the paper.
3. In reviewing the evaluation resources, what criteria do you think are the most important to look at when deciding what app to use? Why? For me, the price and the ease of use are the most important criteria. I think I would rather find ONLY ONE apps that is not too complex to use for students and teachers, and have many functions even though I have to pay a little money. There are so many apps that advertise as great apps; but if you use all the apps, both teachers and students will get so confused with login and password. As it is right now in the digital world, I am having some difficulty keeping with all my accounts and passwords.
