Love love love the NYPL! The online reservation system is super easy to use, my students take extra special care of library books, and it's a way to utilize community resources without spending too much money.

Interactive, (fairly) educational website aimed at preschool and elementary students. Includes online storybooks, online activities, printable worksheets and book recommendations. Topics include music, shapes, colors, animals, etc.

Story maker where children can draw pictures and record corresponding text for their story. They can also add pictures or stickers. Completed books can be added to a class library and shared with the whole class or with families.

New York Public Library's Kids website. Books lists, ebook resources, kid-friendly websites, parent and teacher resources.
