#2 duyt tran on 22 Jan 14As I know that the not only hotel, but other hospitality & tourism industry as well are competing with travel agent for using GDS; many have built their own online commerce to promote their direct booking. Because this trend is new; therefore, increase in 3% is reasonable and as the competition goes on, which e-commerce way will dominate the market will be answered in near future.
