  This article describes how Merlin, a leader in the hospitality world of project management systems, has just launched its new interface that allows their current property management systems to link with external property management systems. Merlin Software is one of the first to take advantage of this new interface, which allows its members' deposits to be automatically validated and deposited into the affiliates site on Merlin Software's cloud-based software. Reservations can now also be automatically linked between the two systems making it easier on hotel managers and executives. This is a huge breakthrough in the project management system world. With this new interface Merlin Software and RCI are now able to access real-time deposit verification's with little or no manual process, inbound guest lists automatically entered into Merlin Software, inbound guest reservations already booked, timesaving in assigning units to inbound guests, and improved check-in process for resorts. As you can see this is a giant step for Merlin Software and RCI, two innovators in project management systems for hospitality properties.
