  An new app called Landed is helping hospitality and retail workers from landing new jobs in the industry. It is an app that gives applicants a head start on getting job offers by videos on how to stand out in an interview while also connecting application users with job posting.
  
  Landed works by having employeers post available jobs with the details including hour, job description and hours available. Potential employees then upload their resume and the AI technology of Landed then matches the the employer and candidate to make the perfect match. The AI system also analyses all of the body movements, communication skills, work longevity, etc and then sees what job would best suite the candidate.
  
  While another program called Sprouts Farmers Market is helping new employees with their onboarding. Since, the pandemic has made it hard for new employees to meet their new employers, this app takes care of all of the onboarding paperwork by giving an immersive experience with training videos using VR technology.
