  Citibank initiated a comprehensive health management program in 1994 using program services offered by Healthtrac Inc. The objective of the study was to estimate the financial impact of the program on medical expenditures. The employed several methods including a quasiexperiemental design comparing medical expenditures before vs. after the intervention for program participants and non participants.
  Results of the project revealed a similarity to published evaluations of healthtrac programs implemented with other populations.
