A great source for integrating music in history lessons. 

A useful resource for engaging with Gen Y. The rap isn't bad (I think) and the quality of the historical information is quite good for a middle or high school level. They aren't free however they're not too expensive either.

How awesome! You can use Adobe Shockwave (it's free) to view these medieval and early modern texts from the British Library. Makes you wonder if one day we'll be able to see this stuff in 3D while sitting at home.

I know I'd already added this page to the group, however the resources that ordered arrived recently and they are so cool I decided to add it again. Most def worth a look for all the history peeps. The students dig it. You feel me?

It looks like these audio clips from the C20th are freely available, however you might have to join the site and as my broadband has almost run out I can't check. At least some are free. Focuses on the US, by the looks of it.
