The Management, Staff and Students of Hindustan University had the privilege to meet His Excellency, Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, Former President of India, when he visited the University Campus as the Chief Guest of the Programme, on 6th January 2011, to deliver the Silver Jubilee Endowment Lecture as part of the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of the University.

We take immense pleasure in sharing with you the celebration of 25th Silver Jubilee in Hindustan University ( One of the Best Chennai Engineering Colleges).

The Valedictory Programme saw the culmination of an yearlong celebration of the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of the Hindustan University. The programme was presided over by the Chancellor, Dr. Elizabeth Verghese.

She stated that this Institution was founded in the year 1985 by the Late Founder Chairman, Dr. K. C. G. Verghese and the success of the Institution in the Field of Education and Research is attributed to his vision. She also proudly stated that the Institution has obtained prestigious Research Projects such as DST-TIFAC that is the brainchild of none other than that of Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam.

Hindustan University is in an upbeat mood as it is all set to celebrate the Valedictory Programme of the Silver Jubilee Celebrations. At this juncture the institution is even more thrilled to welcome the arrival of the first F1 Racing in India.

As part of the Silver Jubilee Celebrations, the School of Management conducted a seminar on "Emerging Trends in Hospitality Management" on 22nd October 2011. Mr. P. Ramnath, Director, MBA, accorded a warm welcome to the Chief Guest and other distinguished guests.

National Conference on Energy, Systems and Control -NCESC'11 was organized by Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering for two days from 20th - 21st April ,2011 as part of the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of Hindustan University, (One of the Best Chennai Engineering Colleges ).

A Two day National Conference on Communication Networks and Sensor Technology-NCCNS'11 was organized by Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering & Department of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from 18th-19th April 2011 as part of the Silver Jubilee Celebrations of Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science.

As part of the Silver Jubilee celebrations, with a vision "To Make Every Man A Success And No Man A Failure" Hindustan University, Chennai has opened up the doors of its beautiful and rich campus facilities to the aspiring youngsters of Chennai.

Hindustan University are witnessing a string of events chartered for Silver Jubilee Valedictory Programme . On 6th October 2011 the Christian Music Concert struck a chord as a team of gifted singers from abroad performed with sophisticated musical instruments , The team is part of the Campus Crusade, Global Music Band. The main theme of the Music Concert was Gap Theory , it made the audience ponder over the questions mentioned below.
