I'm 45 years old and it's difficult for me to maintain an erection when I'm doing my usual training. But I find that, if I take just one or two days off running and eat a little extra, that I can then maintain my erections much more easily. Does this happen to anyone else? Any suggestions? Thanks.
I could train less or eat more on a daily basis but I would prefer to not do this.
