Artificial Blood Vessels Market Size Revenue to Register Robust Growth Rate During 2022... - 0 views

  •
Blocked blood vessels can complicate medical conditions that may result in fatality. As a result, artificial blood vessels are used to replace these damaged blood vessels. Artificial blood vessels refer to tubes made from various synthetic materials in order to restore and normalize blood circulation during disease conditions. They are mainly used to substitute aorta and are connected to two ends of blood vessels. These artificial blood vessels comprises biosynthetic materials like Polydioxanone and polyethylene terephthalate, due to mechanical properties such as high resistance against water and chemical, high oxygen permeability and high conductivity.

Exactly How Bad Are Trans Fats | Your Health Our Priority - 0 views

  •
Are you worried you are getting heavier day by day? Well, it might be because of those fries you are addicted to. Deep fried foods are rich in trans fats which are directly related to obesity and heart failure. Trans fats build up the blood vessels, hindering the smooth flow of blood through them.

High Prevalence of Cancer to Boost Demand for Contrast Media/Contrast Agent - 0 views

  •
A contrast agent (also called a contrast medium) is an electrically charged material used in medical imaging to enhance the contrast of medical vessels or other tissues in the body. Contrast media/contrast agent either absorbs or changes ultrasound or electromagnetism, which is fundamentally different from radiopharms, which themselves emit electromagnetic radiation. This difference enables contrast agents to be applied to various body tissues with much higher strengths than their non-comp contrast counterparts. The most common contrast media/contrast agent used in medical imaging are CT contrast agents and MRI contrast agents. However, due to their non-magnetic nature, these medical imaging products are not able to be used on organ tissues, such as kidneys, hearts and lungs. Some manufacturers have now started manufacturing non-magnetic, biologically engineered CT and MRI contrast agents called mri-notherapy (mammography, radiofrequency ablation, and ultrasound contrast agents). High prevalence of cancer is expected to boost demand for contrast media. In the U.S., non-magnetic, biologically engineered CT and MRI contrast agents are now being used more frequently to treat patients with benign tumors of all types. Mri-notherapy is used for benign cancers of the breast (breast cancer), abdomen (belly fat), neck, head, joint (arthritis) and spine. Patients with melanoma, anemia, inoperable basilar artery disease, and multiple myeloma are also often treated with mri-notherapy. The therapy has a high success rate for benign tumors and very low incidence of mortality, espeacially in patients undergoing surgery. Moreover, recently, in November 2020, the U.S. FDA approved GE Healthcare's macrocyclic gadolinium-based MRI contrast agent, Clariscan (gadoterate meglumine), in pre-filled syringes. Increasing Number of Dental Disorders and Surgeries to Augment Growth of Nitrous Oxide ... - 0 views

  •
Nitrous Oxide (NO) gas is used during sedation dentistry to provide pain-free procedure and reduce the risk of accidental injury. It is more commonly known as laughing gas, nitrous oxide, or laughing gas. Nitrous oxide can be administered either as a liquid or a solid solution. In dentistry, it has been used to relieve toothache by slowing down the nerve impulses that provide sensation to the patient and therefore minimize the pain. It may also be used to increase the oxygenation of the brain through stimulation of the blood vessels, thus decreasing the feelings of unconsciousness which usually precede unconsciousness. High prevalence of dental disorders is expected to propel growth of nitrous oxide market. For instance, according to the Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention's Oral Health Surveillance Report, 2019, the prevalence of untreated tooth decay in primary teeth was 10% among children aged 2-5 years and 16% among those 6-8 years during 2011-2016.
