The base of this cake is our moist chocolate sponge layered with pure belgian callebaut dark chocolate ganache. The cake is covered in our chocolate ganache frosting with a 3D fondant aeroplane. The aeroplane is molded using fondant , and can be done in any colour you would like.

With a dough of ripe mashed bananas, mix of flours and a generous scatter of walnuts, this cake is one of our personal favourites. Eat it for breakfast with a cup of coffee, indulge in it as a mid morning or afternoon snack, it definitely has an anytime cake factor to it.

Baking is not something Indians are used to. Yes, we do a lot of home-cooking, we fry and deep-fry, we make a number of curries and flatbreads are something we can't do one day without.
