A Guide to the Best Times to Post on Social Media (Infographic) - 1 views

  •
Do you post social-media updates when your audience has the highest chance of seeing them, or just whenever you think of it or happen to have a free minute? If you aren't posting to a social media site when most of your audience members are on it, all that time you spent crafting the update goes to waste.

My father used to use this website as a source for our "Parsha of the Week" when I was young. Their drashes are easily digestible and applicable, for kids. This could be useful in a religious school context.

HebrewBooks.org - 0 views

  •
I spend a few hours a week studying with hevrutas over skype, and this website has been essential to my learning. Hebrew books can be expensive, and hard to find, but this website gives access to almost anything, including the entire Talmud, that you can think of. It's essential to my studies with others, and my own personal studies.

Rusty Brick makes a lot of grey apps and if you were not aware of it, many of these support the observance of Jewish prayers and rituals. I use their app for counting the Omer and toting around an entire siddur (in HD). They are developing new apps all the time.

Jewish Kids Tv from Chabad.org - 0 views

Yes, I know the content leans to the right, but these videos are so well done and so clever. You can back up the URL to the main site to see lessons for adults as well. The content is very thorough. My teacher of Hilchot Bikur Cholim v'Avelut comes in once a month with a clever video to show the class.

Benny's Educational Toys - 0 views

  •
Benny's Educational Toys is one the most comprehensive Jewish supply websites I've found. You buy something from them once, and they send you coupons that usually fall around different holidays. They have holiday specific items, posters, and basic classroom supplies that fit better in a Jewish classroom. It's also reasonably priced.
