At 200 covers, it is an inside-outside space with an Art Corner, Wine Chamber and Desert Cafe. It was a study across 9000 properties in Asia and is the only restaurant in India and amongst two in Asia, the other being underwater. The menu comprises soups, salad, fondue, pasta, BBQ, sizzlers, risotto and Out of the Blue inventions such as Desi Fondue, Pizza Fondue, Masala Mafia Pasta and several others. It has a full service bar and a selection of 40 old world and new world wines.
