The much-awaited animation project Mahabharat is set to hit the theatres soon, and the exciting news about the same is that Anil Kapoor and Manoj Bajpai are the latest addition to the list of cast in the ambitious film. While Anil has lent his voice to the character of Karna, Manoj has dubbed for Yudishtir's character. The renowned actors were recently seen at the Future Works Studio in Andheri and the film's producer Jayantilal Gada confirmed their addition to the cast. "Both Anil and Manoj have shown full commitment. It was very gracious on their part to agree to impart voices to two very important characters in my film," he said. Anil completed his task in 15 days, while Manoj’s work was done in just 4 days. "Anil gave a lot to my film. Despite his hectic schedule, he took time off to come to the dubbing studio for more than two weeks," added Gada.For those unaware, the film already has a star-studded cast of voices with Amitabh Bachchan (Bheeshma Pitamah), Vidya Balan (Draupadi), Sunny Deol (Bheem) and Ajay Devgn (Arjun). However, the makers are yet to zero upon for a voice for the villain of the epic, Duryodhan.It is learnt that the makers are planning to release the film this Diwali, but a clash with Krrish 3 is not in their minds. Gada said "No we're not going to clash with Hrithik Roshan's film, we'll release a week before or later, but in the festive season."Hope the film do wonders at the box-office!

Recently, Hollywood actor Tom Hanks had made know that he is suffering from diabetes. Now the latest Hollywood star who has been diagnosed with diabetes is James Bond star Roger Moore. His latest tests have shown that he is suffering from the same disease.For the uninitiated, the diagnosis came after the 86-year-old star-actor was taken to the emergency doctor in Monaco by his wife Kristina Tholstrup, who was alarmed after he began to lose weight and was passing out recently. Putting some light on the same, Moore said, "I have got the dreaded Tom Hanks. Tom Hanks came out with the fact he has diabetes, and about four or five weeks ago I was falling asleep and just feeling terrible and dying of thirst and literally passing out." "My wife took me into emergency at Princess Grace Hospital in Monaco and I was straight on a slab... And I have diabetes. And I've obviously had it for quite a long time... During that week where I was falling asleep, my wife said I was losing a kilo a day. So, I have had to have all my trousers taken in," he added. The Oscar winner has a pacemaker which was fitted in 2003.

Hollywood actress Judi Dench, who went through the drastic surgery last month, after she had complained of chronic pain for several years, is back to action just six-weeks after the operation. The actress recently walked down the red carpet to promote her film Philomena.She recently attended the London screening of the film, and while walking through the red carpet, she didn’t need any cane or something. She says, "The scar's from here to here, there to there. I have a completely new knee now. It's brilliant. When I had it done on September 6, I said to my surgeon 'On October 16 I will walk up a red carpet unaided', and so I did. You set your mind to a goal and go for it."While speaking to the sources at the event, she revealed that she has no such plans to retire from acting, as this is the word which is banned at her house. She adds, "I'm not feeling my age at all. I am about 43, a tall willowy blonde 43-year-old with long legs. I don't want to slow down at all. We don't say the word retirement in our house. Old and retired are totally banned. Energy keeps me going."We are in the minority of people who are doing a job we chose to do and can make a living at. A week ago, contestant Kushal Tandon created some unavoidable hullabaloos that lead him out of the Bigg Boss 7 house. But, citing his unfair exit (believed by a big percentage of BB followers), it was supposed that Kushal will make re-entry on the show. Bollywood starlet Mallika Sherawat’s debut show on television The Bachelorette India-Mere Khayalon Ki Mallika has failed to ring a bell at TRP meter and gets an average opening of 1,700 TVT in its opening week. It was premiered on Life OK on October 7. The rating is much lower than what other non-fiction shows got in their first week. For instance, Kaun Banega Crorepati garnered 8,705 and Bigg Boss 7 got 5,080 TVT.The Bachelorette India is the first official version of the international reality show-The Bachelorette because we have seen three and half versions of this same reality show on Imagine TV but then they were not official version but were inspired.Though the show was launched with much pomp and glory but it seems the audiences are not interested in Mallika’s hunt for her life-partner. Maybe it’s lure for big bucks that might have prompted Mallika Sherawat to scout for a partner through a reality show because it is difficult to believe that a Bollywood actress, who has had a tryst with Hollywood, hasn’t been able to find a companion.Let’s see if she really gets a suitor or everything is scripted.
