I had made a quiz in udutu and thought it was just okay. Generally, quiz authoring tools do not seem to offer enough choice of question types. Even ~20 or so aren't helpful if many of them differ only in graphics or number of items. Also, you can't tie feedback to particular configurations of answers in multiple-part questions or branch based on those configurations. That all said, Udutu is pretty good for freeware, but I don't think I'd recommend it unless someone couldn't afford Presenter, Articulate, or Captivate, which seem to give you more graphical control, at least. It doesn't seem to be that there is a good solution out there, yet.

Embed in blogs or directly post to YouTube/Google video, mySpace, Google Groups. Great template choices.
