Founded in 2001, the University of Missouri Digital Library provides a repository for digitized items on behalf of the UM Libraries. Over 20 text collections, and 23 image collections, have been added, including collections from 15 libraries around the state of Missouri. We provide negotiated free storage for digital objects and metadata, as well as a search interface, at no charge to any Missouri library, museum, or historical society. UM Library Systems keeps all this stuff running smoothly.

The LOUISiana Digital Library (LDL) is an online library of over 84,000 digital materials about Louisiana's history, culture, places, and people. Its purpose is to make unique historical treasures from Louisiana's archives, libraries, museums, and other repositories in the state electronically accessible to Louisiana residents and to students, researchers, and the general public in other states and countries. The LOUISiana Digital Library contains photographs, maps, manuscript materials, books, oral histories, and more that document Louisiana's history and culture.

The Mountain West Digital Library is an aggregation of digital collections from universities, colleges, public libraries, museums, and historical societies in Utah, Nevada, and Idaho. Hosting institutions each run servers supporting their own digital collections and support partner institutions by providing scanning and hosting services. This portal includes resources both in and about the U.S. Mountain West.

The Tyrrell Collection consists of 7903 glass plate negatives from the studios of Charles Kerry (1857-1928) and Henry King (1855-1923) who had two of Sydney's principal photographic studios in the late 1800s and early 1900s. The collection - an important record of city and country life - was bought by James R. Tyrrell in 1929 and sold in 1980 to Australian Consolidated Press who donated it to the Powerhouse Museum in 1985.

These negatives are from a collection of glass plate negatives which was acquired by the Museum in the 1980s and appears to have been made by a Sydney based photographic studio from around 1890 through to 1920. The images are on both whole and half plate negatives and many of the larger images are of a high quality.
