I don't expect anyone to know who William Burroughs, one of the greatest writers ever, is (hah) but here's a great "WILLIAM BURROUGHS X OBAMA HOPE MASH UP" :) Looks better than the original.

such an awesome trailer mash-up/remix!!!! I think it is really well done and clever in the scenes that were chosen and the voice overs from inception that make it seem that Mr. Fredericksen and Russell are really saying them!

This is hands down the best mash-up I've heard in a while. And it brings in key elements for people doing mash-ups of taking small sections of songs and looping them to create different "instruments" Food for Thought.

This article talks about the copyright issues of mash-ups and songs in Glee.  It's an interesting and brief article, but if you have time you should check out the comments section.

This guy takes a bunch of Disney songs and mashes them up.  But he also notes through his visual layout how all of the movies have the same archetypal characters.  It's kinda fun to think about how he put it all together!

Remix of Call me Maybe with R Kelly's Ignition.  It's actually pretty awesome!  I kind of wish they had randomly jumped into the Call Me Maybe refrain at some point cause that would have been hilarious!

I think comedy skits and stand-up could be classified as remixes and mash-ups.  This one, for example, takes a bunch of random shout outs from the audience to make a story.  

Mash-up of Superfreak and Can't Touch This.  They flow so seamlessly!  I wonder why?

Nolan mash-up awesomeness

You've probably come across it before, but an example of a mash-up by DJ Earworm who combines the top 25 songs of the year.

A crude mash-up that shows how incredibly similar the songs "TiK ToK" and "California Gurls" are, which are both produced by Dr. Luke.

There are some really interesting mash-ups between these cartoons- simpsons and the family guy, Dexter, Daria as Harry Potter, etc.
