Raspberry Pi, a $35 PC, Sells Out in Minutes - 0 views

  •
Raspberry Pi is a tiny Linux based computer. It is the size of a credit card. This tiny computer would be useful to take around and it is so small it is portable for those who do not want to take up space for their computer. This computer is not even expensive, only $35 or $25 depending on the features with the computer. The more expensive computer would probably be worth it more so than the cheaper one because it includes two USB ports as well as an Ethernet Port.

Why Google's Search App Is Its Best iOS App By Far - 0 views

  •
Google shipped a major redesign of its Google Search app today with a faster and more tablet-friendly interface for the iPad version. The launch page is now a spare, simple descendent of the iconic Google.com homepage for the post-PC era. The search bar is front and center, collapsing to a top menu bar instantly when you put in your query.

German prosecution charges HP staff with bribing Russian officials to clinch PC contrac... - 0 views

  •
HP managers in Russia have allegedly bribed executives in the Russian Prosecutors General Office for about $9.7 million to land a deal to supply the office with HP computers, printers, etc for $45.3 million. German lawyers say that HP its self should be prosecuted and there should be a US investigation. HP is cooperating with the US and the court but say that they didn't that this was happening. The people who bribed those officials are not very smart because if you bribe someone you know that you will get caught sooner or later. Because of their actions this might cause a fall in HP sales of their software, computers and printers. Legally this ruins costumer trust for HP and could also cause fall of sales.

North Korean Business Park Getting Internet Access - 1 views

This article is about a North Korean business which will have access to the Internet soon. In North Korea there is no internet access, as it is a communist country, and this is a big step towards the technological development of North Korea. The South Korean Ministry of Unification will help North Korea in achieving this goal by providing them with internet. This will allow North Korea to use most of the online services available to South Koreans. The first computers will be put in an Internet cafe, then into company offices. The South Korean Ministry of Unification says this will bring the two Korea's more together.
  • Daniel_Stuckey writes "A business park in North Korea will soon have (limited) access to the Internet, according to news reports. The Register wrote that an industrial park in the Kaesong Industrial Region will house Internet-connected PCs by the first half of this year. The Daily NK explained that the first step to connectivity will be an Internet cafe with 20 computers but afterward company offices will also be connected. They quoted a spokesperson from the Ministry of Unification — a department of the South Korean government that works on unifying the two Koreas — as saying, 'We are planning to launch the basic level of Internet services at the Kaesong Industrial Complex starting in the first half of this year,' and adding, 'Officials and employees in the North's border city will be able to use most of the online services now available in South Korea.'"

Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti review | PC Gamer - 0 views

  •
The GTX 750 ti released less than a week before I wrote this is an outstanding GPU. It's small, it's cheap, it requires very little power, and runs games in 1080p pretty seamlessly. When Nvidia was designing there Maxwell products they were taking into account the performance per watt. By focusing mainly on that they are going to have a strong fight against AMD who controls the cheaper GPU's. The 750 ti uses 60 watts and under a full load using up to 68 watts. The GTX 750 ti is overall a great GPU and everyone should consider grabbing one of them!

Candy Crush Saga - Does It Deserve Being One of the Top Games on Facebook? - 0 views

  •
This article is about the app that has been #1 for the past months. Its Candy crush created by King Digital Entertainment. This game is a match-three puzzled video game that now is everywhere. Including the apple app store, google play store, facebook, pc and more. It is so popular that there are 46 million average monthly users and its worth $22.50 per share in the stock market. However, does this game deserve being one of the best game app? I think that it does deserve being one of the best games in mobile. There are similar popular games such as jewel mania but candy crush has bubbly colourful visuals, different storyline/goal for every set of levels, and it looks delicious. Also when you are stuck, you can ask your friends to help in social networks which i think helps the game to be known more. King is still installing new features and new levels to it. So I don't think this game will go away anytime soon especially with all the advertisement it's in and the popularity.

Gamestop Plans To Sell iPhone, iPod, And iPad - 0 views

Still think mobile gaming isn't a big deal? GameStop disagrees. Though they may not be as in-depth or graphically stimulating as console or PC-based games, but mobile games are accessible to everyone. My grandma can't play L.A. Noire, but she's beat every level of Angry Birds. So it only makes sense that GameStop has decided to put a couple new devices on its shelves: the iPod, iPhone, and iPad.
