I lthink this "The Bill of Rights Lesson" would be very useful and interesting for students to learn and for a teacher to perform. The information of the lesson is quite intelligible, so it can be easily worked with. Many ways of doing it are also suggested (including reading activities, solving puzzles, bingo games, true/false exercises etc.) which make the lesson fascinating and the students more interested in the problem discussed.

This activity can be added to the previous link. A Yes/No qiuz presented in a game. One of the best activities for the lesson, I suppose.

The game contains quotes and pieces from the short biographies of four human rights activists. Students should match the piece with the correct character and thereby build up a brief description of each person. Educational goals: :: To learn about some of the individuals who have fought for human rights in different countries; :: To stimulate interest in human rights heroes; :: To develop skills of handling and ordering information; :: To promote respect, responsibility and engagement about human rights.
