This is a page on Amnesty International's website. It is full of lesson plans that explicitly teach human rights. There are two separate sections - one for elementary students and one for middle school/high school students. The elementary lessons involve games and songs. This is a great resource for classroom teachers - lessons would need to be modified for distance learners.

This a good educational website about human rights. A variety of topics related to human rights such as discrimination, equality and prejudice and stereotypes are discussed in the lesson plans

In this website, you'll find great ideas to teach human rights, each lesson plan depends on which level you are going to choose. There are other activities; but I strongly recommend you to use those lesson plans.

I looked at this resource and there are many many detailed lessons that get at human rights, such as ways in which all people are alike. How we see ourselves and others, etc. It is a United Nations publication and you are free to use it as you like.

This is a nice site where not only you can find some web links about the principal human rights' advocates, but you can find lots of information about human rights' in general or specifically. From lesson plans to presentations and ways to become an advocate. I invite you all to check it out.

The Morehouse College Martin Luther King Jr. Collection of The Robert W. Woodruff Library of the Atlanta University Center, Inc., represents much of King's life and work spanning from 1944 to 1968. Encompassing approximately 10,000 items, the collection allows insight into Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s thoughts, personality, ministerial preparation, organizational skills and strategic planning during the Civil Rights period.
