This Super Villain was designed by Bob Kane and Bill Finger and was inspired by the Kool cigarettes mascot, a penguin with a top hat and cane. When the Penguin first came out, he was to be more of a "gentlemen thief" as opposed to psychotic like the rest of Batman's bad guys. There was also times when he tried to make it look like he was trying to go legit and help Batman instead of fighting him. But it never lasted.

The Penguin received his alias from a childhood nickname, bestowed by his peers, who teased him because of his grotesque appearance and love of birds.

Happy Feet Two returns audiences to the magnificent landscape of Antarctica in superb 3D. Mumble, The Master of Tap, has a problem because his tiny son, Erik, is choreo-phobic. Reluctant to dance, Erik runs away and encounters The Mighty Sven-a penguin who can fly! Mumble has no hope of competing with this charismatic new role model.

In the new clip, Bieber hangs with Kris Claus and Topper the Penguin as they go around with various woodland creatures and have some fun holiday-themed shenanigans. But Bieber is hardly the first pop performer to go the cartoon route for a music video.
