It's not the Robin Williams you were thinking of I was disappointed too but the article is a great reflection of how CRAP design impacts the web.

I decided to share this so everyone could be as disappointed as I was when I found out it was not the Robin Williams I was thinking of. The article has plenty of relevant points though and is worth a read.

The ultimate goal is for your visual designs to be so good that the visual design itself doesn't really call out at all.
