History of alignment, why should you care?

This site gave a fantastic explanation of balance in web design. I actually think I got more from reading this than I did reading the text book. I loved the visual examples that this gave. Definitely a good read.

Rhythm can be very effective in moving a user's eye across the website while also providing an aesthetically appealing appearance. Rhythm is an element that can tie an entire site together when used properly.

These examples are incredibly useful for anyone interested in designing a website because they show you how to properly utilize typography. Each of these examples chose the perfect type to build there website around and the typography really adds to the overall site.

Ch 7-BoD Flow This site illustrates the concept of visual movement of flow in web design. The picture shown on the page provides hands-on examples of visual elements through text blocks which create "flow."

CHAPTER 7:FLOW This site gives tons of examples of great flow in websites and I found it very helpful in brainstorming ideas for project 2.

CHAPTER 6-REPETITION I liked this site because it showed examples of repetition using websites and I thought it was very fitting to look at for project 2

This site is awesome! It's dedicated to galvanizing design elements, trends, and problems in web design.  However, it not only makes the audience aware of the problems, it offers solutions on how to effectively fix design/elemental misuse issues.

This site talks about how Alignment works in design and includes quite a few examples to reference.

This site also breaks down visual hierarchy and illustrates its points with easy to follow graphics and designs.
