Albert Morales on 30 Jan 12About 2 percent of the adult population can not vote. Why is this? It is because they are felons. The right to vote should not be taken away from you if you have paid your debt to society. The rules vary from state to state. Is this law right? Shouldn't we all be able to voice our opinion?
