Is it important to us that our government looks at our Metadata? The government work's hard to Prove that our privacy is safe however they take liberties when it comes to private Phone Communications. The information they gather is much larger then we think.

If they "need" to look at our metadata it makes me wonder what they're doing with all our information.

In this day and age this is to be expected, the government is all about control, and when it comes to phone calls or even the internet they will do their best to control these places. Not siding with the government Im just stating their poor reasonings for doing this.

This act is very important in order to keep your health privacy secure. Knowing that your medical information will be secure is very important for people who wish to keep their life private and keep themselves from medical insurance fraud.

I once worked in a call center dealing with medical records and it was very reassuring to see how serious HIPAA is taken. It definitely made me feel safe and confident in my personal health information.

Planned Parenthood provides birth control, breast exams, pap-smears, and sexual education classes. And get this, government funding isn't even used for abortions in the first place!

Planned Parenthood offers more diverse health-care than just abortions. Planned Parenthood provides essential medical practices to women who could not otherwise afford them. The fight against this establishment is only scaling the top of this issue. This is not a fight against supporting abortion, this is a fight to keep women feeling safe with knowing they have a place to turn when they need medical assistance.

Abortion doesn't sound good in any sense, but as humans we should have the right to do as we please. There are aboslutly some circumstances where people need the choice. i do not agree with abusing the right, people can't be getting pregnant every couple months and throwing the life away.

Anybody with a record has a very hard time getting a gun. Law enforcers agree more on the right to bear arms rather than having our guns taken away. Taking them away does in fact take away our second amendment. Half of all suicides are from guns as well as 70% of all murders.

By focusing on certain categories of mental illness researchers say federal gun law overlooks those at greater risk of violence. The government believes that it is very important that they keep guns away from the mentally ill individuals in our society.

Those with mental illness are shown to have a higher risk of acting out violent crimes (specifically with the use of a gun). However, this is not the case all of the time due to the fact that there are still an abundant amount of shootings each year where the criminal(s) behind the weapon do not have any mental illnesses. As much as i feel the constitution is outdated and is failing and we should create a new version of it using modern ways of living and looking at the world, the second amendment is something that should stay.
