Pete's Power Point contains hundreds of free Power Point presentations on all core subjects for both primary and secondary educators. All of the Power Points can be downloaded and used as is, or you can alter them to fit your lesson and teaching style.    

This website is definitely worth bookmarking! There are numerous premade PowerPoints for all content areas. It would be very helpful for anyone who has a projector or uses a TV for instruction. These PowerPoints could be used as an introduction or for reviewing content before an assessment.

This website takes making PowerPoint presentations to a whole new level. Presentations can be created online and accessed anywhere there is a connection to the internet. Teachers can create a free account and set it to private if they wish. This is a great resource for not only presentations but creating digital storytelling

Teachers this is great what to bring fun and life to your PowerPoints its a new why to do them, its a lot of work at first but its pretty cool.

Thanks Tonga! I plan to use Prezi for the first time this weekend for one of my other courses. I like how a lot of resources out there are allowing users to save on their sites so that we don't have to carry our flashdrives around all the time and so others can collaborate with us! (Just realized this was a post from last semester...oops!)

I could not have said this any better!! "... In the past, online learning has tended to be isolating and less participatory and has been distinct from using technology in the classroom. Just as people engage in online interactions-around virtual sports teams, cooking, or whatever-students will be able to engage in participatory learning experiences online in and out of the classroom" My previous online classes I felt really alone. There was no collaboration except for group assignment. We all had a name but no identity. However, in today's learning environment, online learning is anything but boring and lonely. There are endless ways to connect. Being able to connect with classmates/peers and share information can be very rewarding. .

Think of Netflix for Education video and you've got SAFARI Montage. With entire video libraries (All of Reading Rainbow and Bill Nye the Science Guy for example ) available locally at a school or centrally via the district, SAFARI Montage will allow you to create custom play lists, clips and lessons you can show your students with engaging and safe video materials.

I was waiting to post this one! It is such a great resource. I use it all the time and get a lot of my introductory to certain lesson videos here.
