Embed a Google Form on your Moodle page. The thinking should be the same for any HTML code you generate and can embed anyplace else, for example a Cover It Live Session.

    1. Copy the above code and paste into embed widget 'Other Html' box. 2. Put the source of your image where you see 'img src'. In the top photo I used an image in my own wikispace and in the second example I used an image from the internet. Remember to leave the space/showimage if you are using an image from wikispaces. 3. If you are making the second image map (the body) that links to images, you should upload the images you are going to use. 4. Enter your own links - either links to pages as in the first example or links to images as in the second. 5. You now need to enter the co-ordinates. The first example has 2 defined areas, and the second example has 5. You will see they start with 'area shape'. You can make as many as you wish. The co-ordinates are worked out as follows.

  • Blogging as Connective Writing Continuum: Posting assignments. (Not blogging) Journaling, i.e. “This is what I did today.” (Not blogging) Posting links (Not blogging) Links with descriptive annotation, i.e. “This site is about…” (Not really blogging either, but getting close depending on the depth of the description.) Links with analysis that gets into the meaning of the content being linked. (A simple form of blogging.) Reflective, meta-cognitive writing on practice without links. (Complex writing, but simple blogging, I think. Commenting would probably fall in here somewhere.) Links with analysis and synthesis that articulates a deeper understanding or relationship to the content being linked and written with potential audience response in mind. (Real blogging) Extended analysis and synthesis over a longer period of time that builds on previous posts, links and comments. (Complex blogging)
