lino is an online web sticky note service that can be used to post memos, to-do lists, ideas, and photos anywhere on an online web canvas. lino is a completely free service that runs on all popular web browsers. Lino can create a virtual pin board for multiple students/people to use at once. This resource was designed to assist teachers/people who use a large amount of sticky notes in their lives so they can now make the sticky notes digital. Teachers can use lino as a way for groups of students to access a unit and pin comments or helpful tips to other students.

Remind (formerly Remind101) is a safe, free way for teachers to text message students and keep in touch with parents. I use it with my class for easy communication for my parents. I can send reminders easily and don't have to give out my private cell.

Something that I've used with my kiddos....Downside, it's not all free. Still worth checking out. Highlights does offer some free things for teachers who participate by sending information home to parents.

We love lists. They capture ideas, things to do and places to see. And when you share them, they influence the world around you. This is Wunderlist.

This site is available for the desktop or phone. The best description of wunderlist is an in depth to do list. This would be an excellent resource to use in teams such as administration teams, academic departments, committees and even class projects. This resource makes it easy for teachers, administrators or even committees to delineate duties. Some tools made available are the ability to set priorities, live note taking, flagging and due dates.

Although this website is geared more toward elementary age students, I have been able to get a lot of great ideas for posters, organizers, class charts, etc. The site includes a variety of resources for teachers to organize their classrooms and help students to better understand concepts. The website offers a free site and a paid membership site. Although the free site does not allow access to some of the resources that the paid site does, there are still a great deal of resources available to the free site users.
