This is a wiki the students in my EDUC 521 Human Learning and Motivation course created as part of the course. They did not like the textbook, so I challenged them to put one of their own together and this is what they came up with.

The George Lucas Educational Foundation (GLEF) is a nonprofit operating foundation dedicated to promoting a vision of inspired learning and teaching - where students are challenged and engaged, have access to interactive technologies, and are supported by inspired teachers and involved parents and communities. This organization has a plethora of materials/resources for all teachers in all content areas, and I refer to it a lot in my own practice for suggestions.

The is an article that provides a look at both sides of integrating social media into the classroom, and was referred to by several student in this class to help them look at this debate.

This is a web 2.0 that can be used to create digital videos that can be used in lessons. You can bring different subjects to life by creating a videos using images, video clips, music and text.
