sheri okland on 25 Nov 09The site uses an electronic timeline that serves as backbone for the entire coursework throughout the year. Students post all work to the site. This includes individual and collective research work, a writing component, factual assessments, and an emphasis on presentation, collaboration and discussion. The site places an emphasis on active learning that they hope will strengthen skill development (technology, research, historiography, communication). The end of year the students produce a substantial final project.
