    compares and contrast connectivism with other learning theories such as behaviorism and cognitivism. The article defines connectivism as "the integration of principles explored by chaos, network, and complexity, and self-organization theories." The starting point of the cycle of connectivism starts with the individual, and then to network, and lastly to the organization before repeating the process. Implications of connectivism are listed, one being that the mainstream media organizations are being challenged by the "two-way information" flow of blogging.
