    Looks like there are plenty of new ways to create online presentations and track users. This is similar to brainshark. Don't know if there are any comparitive benefits of one over the other yet.

    If you need to test web-based training for SCORM compliance before a launch, or just want to share a SCORM based course, this is a free tool that will let you invite up to 10 users to view a course. You can then track their score, etc.

    If you need a rapid development tool similar to Articulate, look at Snap by Lectora. It may not do everything that Articulate does, but it's can get project online quickly.
